This is a truly tiny crochet heart made in just one row. It takes only a few minutes and is perfect when you need a small, neat detail rather than a bulky motif.

What You'll Need

  • 15 m (16 yds) of Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/8 in festive colors (or similar weight yarn)
  • Crochet hook: 3.5 mm (US E-4) - a smaller hook is used intentionally to achieve a tighter fabric
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors

Abbreviations (US Terms)

  • ch – chain
  • dc – double crochet
  • hdc - half double crochet
  • sl st – slip stitch
  • st(s) – stitch(es)

CROCHET PATTERN:

Start with magic ring

Into the ring: ch 2, 3 dc, 3 hdc, 1 dc, 3 hdc, 3 dc, ch 2

Sl st into the ring, tighten, fasten off.
